Mr. Trop obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Florida in 1986 and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with his Juris Doctor Degree in 1989. A proud father of two boys, Mr. Trop is dedicated to protecting the rights of personal injury and wrongful death victims and their families. He limits his practice to the representation of those who have been seriously injured or suffered loss of life due to the fault of others. To date, Mr. Trop has amassed many multi-million dollar jury verdicts, including jury verdicts of $30,000,000, $24,000,000 and $35,000,000 against the tobacco companies on behalf of the families of former smokers.
